By downloading or using Nailly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Nailly is

Nailly is a catalogue of nail design ideas for inspiration. The images are computer-generated references, not photographs of real clients or of work by any particular salon or technician. We do not guarantee that a given design can be reproduced on your nails, and we are not responsible for the result of any salon visit.

Subscription

Nailly Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: $4.99 per week or $29.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends or at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price listed above.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may differ in your local currency and with local taxes.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple's policy. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. Requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Using the content

You may browse, save and share individual designs for your own personal use, including showing them to your nail technician. You may not resell the images, redistribute the catalogue in bulk, or use it to build a competing product.

Availability

We aim to keep the app working, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features and the design catalogue may change over time.

Liability

Nailly is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
